Somehow, although he is the smallest office boy around the place, none of the other lads pick on him. Scuffling and fighting almost has ceased since Kerensky came to work. That's only one of the nicknames of Leo Kobreen, and was assigned to him because of a considerable facial resemblance to the perpetually fleeing Russian statesman, and, too, because both wore quite formal standing collars. Description
A classic Germanic blackletter hand. NOTE: this is not the Nazi-era Suetterlin. Blackletter hand is slanted and written with a pen; Suetterlin, a subtype of blackletter hand, is always written precisely vertically, and either with a biro (ballpoint "pen") or with a pen mimicking a biro. Blackletter hand is much older than Suetterlin---this is German imperial era. Roman-style hand was used as italics are used today, that is, in lieu of quote marks. The "round" or terminal lowercase "s" is on the # key. Long "s" is used otherwise.
